It’s up to us to make sure lies are no longer the glide path to power and profit for demagogues and manipulators who will use them to destroy our democracy without hesitation.

Sign up now for our latest training on Tuesday, Feb. 2nd (8pm ET / 5pm PT) and get prepared to:

– Counter “The Big Lie” about the election that inspired the insurrection;
– Make sure that January 6th is a day that lives in infamy, and is not allowed to disappear down the memory hole;
– Deconstruct and respond to right-wing media spin and lies about Qanon and Impeachment;
– Take action that will help create consequences and accountability in defense of truth; and
– Respond to the right-wing weaponization of the Unity appeal. Unity isn’t impunity.

You’ll leave our training with: a deeper understanding of how demagogues exploit the needs we all have for meaning, identity, and safety, as well as changes in our media landscape that have accelerated the spread of dangerous conspiracy theories and disinformation; communication skills to prompt self-reflection, de-escalate tensions, and uncover the root of someone’s motivation or concern; and mindfulness and self-care techniques to stay hopeful, inspired, nurtured and grounded in chaotic times.
